Send us your request and we’ll prepare a personalised quote. Once you’ve chosen your model and agreed the details, we’ll reserve your production slot. After the contract is signed, production begins.

Reservation
We’ll contact you after receiving your request and prepare a personalised quote. A 10% deposit secures your reservation.

Contract
Once the details are agreed, the contract is signed and a further 30% payment is made.
03
Construction 8-12 weeks
After the contract is signed, we inspect the site and begin construction. A further 50% payment is made during this stage.
04
Construction completion
Once construction is complete, the remaining 10% is paid and your home is handed over in line with the agreed contract.

Plywood finish
